Jennifer Soliman oversees all aspects of the human capital strategy, ensuring it is seamlessly integrated and mutually reinforces Sunnova’s business strategy, vision, and commercial objectives. She has broad leadership and executive experience in human resources and compliance, spanning more than 15 years with roles of increasing responsibility. Prior to joining Sunnova, Soliman led the human capital strategy at a small Australian Stock Exchange (ASX)-listed energy company. In addition, she has held several leadership roles and developed best practices in large, global companies such as Woodside Energy, BP and Koch Industries. Soliman graduated magna cum laude from Rollins College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in organizational behavior and a minor in organization communications. She earned an MBA from Rice University and also honorably served in the United States Air Force Reserves.
